God blessed JES with a $50,000.00 donation from the
 Batchelor Foundation last school year for our new playground,
ORION.

The foundation is at present considering donating funds to purchase laptops/ notebooks for every student in our school including smart screens and projectors. Please pray for God’s will to be done while we are under consideration.

James E. Sampson Memorial SDA School is the oldest private school in St. Lucie County and more importantly is the only Seventh Day Adventist School in the county.  With this in mind it should be the utmost concern of all parents who are Adventist in heart to consider what they are thrusting their children in the midst of when they send them off to public or non-Adventist parochial schools. It is well known that not only is Florida number 50 in the nation in academic standing, it will also be including a sex education curriculum in the lowest grades in the near future. Parents will not have a choice in this matter. At JESS, not only are children being trained for eternal life, but they are also scoring above the national norm for the most part on the national norm referenced tests.  Although academics remain a major part of our focus at JESS, with the intent of preparing our students to reach success in their future goals, God is the center of all that we do. We consistently practice Biblical principals on a daily basis on our campus, and we make them come alive through our community service work.  We regularly visit the Ft. Pierce Police Department, the No.2 Fire Department and the Fort Pierce Health Care Center, where we sing, pray and deliver sweet goodies to our community service workers and shut-ins.  The beautiful stories of the blessings that we receive by being a blessing are many. We also are blessed when we take over the worship service for our local SDA churches. Our students are learning that it is truly more blessed to give than to receive and God is always present and on time.

We are now enrolling for the 2008/2009 school year and have full scholarships available.
